At first he was a person of interest, now police say 59 year old Monty Cook is accused of killing a Winchester man. The body of 61 year old David Brumley was found in his home at 505 West South Street on November 3rd. Cook had been sought since for questioning and was found and arrested by police in Arizona last week. Brumley’s vehicle had been found two weeks after his death in Arkansas.
