It was a short dash for a Muncie man police say ripped off the Walgreens Pharmacy at 400 E.Memorial Drive Tuesday night. Police say they caught 36 year old Donald Dean while he was still in the store. He had approached a pharmacist with a cloth wrapped around his hand to make it appear he had a gun and demanded prescription meds. He was taken to the hospital after gobbling some down as he tried to leave.
