A longtime Muncie businessman has struck a deal with prosecutors and agreed to plead guilty to two drug-dealing charges. The Star Press reports that 79-year-old Calvin “Buddy” Carroll has signed an agreement that calls for him to plead guilty to two counts of dealing in a controlled substance. Sentencing is set for May 15.
