A deal struck between Muncie businessman Calvin “Buddy” Carroll and authorities under which he pleads guilty to drug dealing charges. The 79 year old signed off on a deal that calls for him to cop a plea to two counts that carry maximum six year prison terms. Carroll was cuffed close to two years ago for selling suboxone on two occasions to police informants.
