The Marion Police Department say neither the officers nor the suspect suffered serious injuries after a video posted on social media appeared to show one of the officers kicking the back of the downed suspect. 27-year-old Julian Paegle is said to have apologized for being combative during his arrest on an active warrant for escape from the Indiana Department of Corrections.
