Former Pendleton Kitchen Worker Charged With Misconduct

A Middletown woman admits that she had a relationship with a prisoner at the Pendleton Correctional Facility. The former prison kitchen employee, 57-year-old Rebecca Lynn Groover, has been charged with Level 5 felony sexual misconduct and Level 6 felony official misconduct.
