A 4 year old girl tells police she made a mess at her dad’s house and he choked her and hit her on the head because he was mad. It happened in Union City, say police, and now 29 year old William D. Brandenburg of the 600 block of North Howard Street, is charged with battery. If convicted he could face up to six years in prison.
