Charges face an Anderson man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage employee at a Muncie restaurant he owned. Police say 38 year old John Benjamin Jones sexually battered the victim on several occasions. On at least one such occasion, the victim recorded the exchange and presented it to police. The Star Press reports the restaurant is not referred to by name in the police report, but documents reflect it was Greek’s Pizzeria at 813 E. McGalliard Road.
