Three convictions facing a former Ball State University instructor following the discovery of child porn on his campus computer, have been overtuned by a state appeals court . 50 year old Brian Kenneth Siebenalerwas arrested in March 2016 after campus police received an alert someone was accessing child porn on a computer in the Robert Bell Building, according to the Star Press. In an appeal, Siebenaler contended the images did not depict “sexual conduct.” Siebenaler still faces five other convictions.
