Anderson police believe she tried – on several occasions – to use counterfeit money over a four-day period. But they didn’t know who she was or where she lived. They finally caught up to 23-year-old Justice S. Stephens, after she ordered a pizza, gave her address and then tried to pay the delivery guy with funny money.
