A jury has found Agapito Diaz III guilty on all six felonies including murder in the shooting death of Jalynn Harman. In a 2017 robbery gone wrong, Diaz attempted to rob a man who also had a gun and fired. The bullet struck both Diaz and Harman who later died from her injuries. A sentence hearing for the Anderson man is scheduled for May 14.
