Two people cuffed with drug dealing after a traffic stop last week. Police say 38 year old Marcella Watson of the 1200 block of South 25th Street in New Castle was foundin possession of controlled substances, including meth. Watson and her passenger, 56 year old James Clouse claimed they were unaware the drugs were in the vehicle.
