A man from Muncie and another from Winchester are cuffed in an online sex sting. Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputies say the pair solicited sex online from 13 year old girls. 53 year old Ralph Dull of Muncie is charged with attempted child molesting and child solicitation. 39 year old Brian A.T. Wattenburger was arrested he allegedly rented a room at a local hotel in anticipation of a sexual encounter with a 13-year-old girl.
