The clock is ticking if the owners of the Mounds Mall remove the property from the upcoming certificate sale. The Herald Bulletin reports that an offer of 3 million dollars has been accepted by the owners. However, the March 25th deadline is approaching to have the property removed from the certificate sale April 8th.
