The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie is pleased to announce it has received a $10,000 grant from the Shafer Foundation. The funds will help support current and future youth programming. The Hamer D. and Phyllis C. Shafer Foundation awards grants to Delaware County organizations that demonstrate Community collaboration and have positive outcome with programs that improve community conditions.
