Possible Buyer For Anderson’s Mounds Mall

An Indianapolis-based company is currently negotiating for the purchase of Anderson’s Mounds Mall. Baumann RE LLC has made an offer to purchase the building, the land and some of the property adjacent to the mall. The Mounds Mall is listed on the commissioner’s certificate sale on April 8.
