Police say a Muncie man who pointed a gun at people outside a convenience store is facing charges. 33 year old James Ellis says he did so outside the Village Pantry at 3301 N. Morrison Road after getting into an argument with several people whoe charged him during an argument. Ellis is a convicted felon who is prohibited from possessing a gun.
