A 24 year old man from Richmond is now being charged in connection with a crash in Delaware County New Year’s Eve that killed his passenger. Brandon Martin is charged with driving while intoxicated causing death, driving while intoxicated and driving with a controlled substance in system. His vehicle crossed the center line of US 35 and collided with another vehicle. A passenger in the Charger, Andrew T. Martin, 45, also of Richmond, was pronounced dead at the scene.
