Police say a Muncie man allegedly raped a woman he knows in her home. 30 year old Cornell Lamont Strong II, of the 1400 block of West 13th Street, was taken into custody there. The alleged victim went to City Hall to report Strong had put his hand around her throat while trying to force her into a sex act. She was taken to the hospital for an exam.
