A juvenile has been arrested in connection with an online threat aimed at Blackford Junior High School in Hartford City. A social media post “displayed a picture of a weapon and a vague, non-specific threat” referring to a possible shooting in the near future. The suspect has been transported to a juvenile detention facility in Grant County.
