Commissioners in Delaware County held a special meeting Monday afternoon, signing off on the “build operate transfer” agreement that opens the door for construction of a new jail. Delaware County Justice Partners LLC are officially signed on in the deal, which calls for a 500 bed, $45 million jail to be built in the former Wilson Middle School building.
