ISP Arrests Anderson Man On Numerous Charges

An Anderson man has been arrested after a traffic stop by Indiana State Police. It was discovered that 51-year-old Charles Morrow had no license as he had been deemed a Habitual Traffic Offender. He was also wanted on a warrant out of Madison County and his female passenger had a protective order against him.
