Inmate Gets Six Years In Fatal Beating

It is six years in prison for a New Castle man who pleaded guilty in the in the beating death of a fellow inmate at the Henry County jail. 38-year-old Justin Fannin pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the 2016 death of 32-year-old Brian Gosser. As part of his sentence, Fannin is getting credit for the more than 900 days he’s already served behind bars.
