A former Delaware County sheriff’s deputy is facing up to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to a drug-related charge. According to the Star Press 38-year-old Jerry Lee Parks is accused of agreeing to hold 12 pounds of marijuana for his nephew. Parks is hoping for a plea deal. His sentencing is May 6.
