A two vehicle crash left a 21 year old driver dead in Delaware County late Wednesday morning. It involved a collision between a pick up truck and a Mack Truck on Cowan Road. Police say Gary Lowe ran a stop sign and his vehicle was hit by the truck used to haul dumpsters. Lowe was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver wasn’t injured.
