Baumann Offers Three Million For Former Mounds Mall

It could mean new life for the former Mounds Mall. Baumann R.E. has signed a $3 million deal to buy the mall property, including all the building and land. The redevelopment plan proposes light manufacturing, a food court, a convenience store and a banquet hall as well as a revitalized movie theater and new restaurant.
