Guilty plea from an Anderson man in connection with a Muncie shooting. Police say 25 year old Dvante Strong was charged with criminal recklessness in connection with the incident three years ago in which a 28 year old man was first hit with a gun and then fired up on as he tried to take off from Second and Elm Streets.
