YWCA Name Change & Ribbon-Cutting Today

While the services they will offer are the same, the YWCA Muncie will officially become YWCA Central Indiana today. The name change will better reflect the geographical area they serve.  A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 12 noon today at 310 East Charles Street.
