WTHR 13 Investigates reporter and Ball State alumna Sandra Chapman will be the keynote speaker at the university’s 2019 Sunshine Week activities. Chapman will share her experiences in the multi-year investigation into a childhood cancer cluster in Johnson County. Chapman will be speaking at Ball State at 7 p.m. on March 12, at the University’s Alumni Center.
