A wrongfull death lawsuit has been filed against the father of a teen accused of shooting a Muncie teen to death. 19 year old Tracy Wheat II was shot in the head at a home on the 6100 block of West Delaware County Road. Charged in the incident is 22 year old Dillon Jackson, now charged with murder, pointing a firearm and criminal recklessness in the fatal shooting. The suit claims Michael Jackson, the alleged shooter’s father, was away at the time of the shooting and had given the younger Jackson a combo to his gun safe.
