Quirk Resigning From Muncie City Council

Saying it’s time for a break, Alison Quirk, who has served on Muncie City Council for 16 years, is resigning. She plans to step away for a time and possibly rejoin city government in some capacity following that hiatus. The Democrat party is aware of Quirk’s resignation and has 30 days to fill the seat.
