It’s a March 14th deadline for the owners of a southside Muncie motel. The Unsafe Building Hearing Authority says if no plan is in place for the former Red Carpet Inn by that time, the property re-developer could face fines. The property along South Madison Street is to be remodeled for use as another motel.
