New ownership for two properties that used to be Marsh grocery stores. One is at 3910 W. Bethel Avenue. The Other is at 1920 S. Hoyt Avenue. Both were purchased by NSI Investments LLC, for $100,000 and $475,000, respectively. Stuff left behind is being cleaned out at both properties and then they’ll look to secure tenants. NSI says it will have some other uses for the buildings if tenants aren’t found in a timely manner.
