He was already on trial for allegedly trying to kill an ex-girlfriend, now a Muncie man faces a new set of charges. 27 year old Jacob Delong is accused of ransacking a home he shared with another woman while drunk, and also of attacking the woman and her son. The seven year old boy apparently tried to get between Delong and his mother at which point Delong lifted him by his arm, slammed him onto a bed, placed his hand around the child’s throat and struck him in the face.
