It’s been more than 30 years since Muncie had a Dunkin’ Donuts, but that is about to change. The chain has announced that it plans to remodel the former Burger King on Tillotson Avenue as the new Muncie home for Dunkin’. The franchise co-owner says a timeline for the project has yet to be determined.
