Five years in prison for a New Castle man authorities say had sex with an underage girl. 26 year old Daiyann Rice pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor. He had been accused of having sex with a 15 year old girl in June 2017 at a local hotel after giving her vodka. The girl’s father reportedly learned about the incident, then posed as his daughter on social media and told Rice she may be pregnant. He also provided police with screenshots of exchanges between his daughter and Rice.
