ISP State Trooper Andrew Atwell is recovering from injuries sustained in a crash early Wednesday morning – after a pickup truck rear-ended his cruiser. Atwell was conscious and alert but complaining of back pain. The other driver was not injured, but he was ticketed for Failure to Yield to a Stationary Emergency Vehicle.
