The estate of a Greenfield woman is suing a Henry County tavern in a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from a 2017 fatal traffic accident. Employees at the Highway Bar & Grill, in Knightstown, are alleged to have continued to serve alcohol to a “visibly intoxicated” Jason Phelps, who later lost control of his vehicle, killing his front-seat passenger, 47-year-old Dalene Charron.
