Court Upholds Muncie Man’s Murder Conviction

An appellate court has upheld a Muncie man’s murder conviction. Marcus Hanyard was convicted last year in connection with the killing of 20-year-old Zackary Farmer. The 24-year-old was handed 61 years behind bars, but claimed he played no role in Hanyard’s death during a home invasion and called his conviction bogus.
