The person who’s been a go between for Ball State University and Muncie Community Schools is retiring. Marilyn Buck isn’t being replaced as BSU officials say it was never meant to be a permanent position. She was instrumental in establishing a plan to help the school district recover through its affiliation with Ball State. A new Joint Academic Innovation Council will fill the role now.
