Ball State Trustee Tom Bracken has announced his bid for Mayor of Muncie. Bracken spoke briefly on the steps of City Hall after filing his Republican candidacy where he emphasized his care for Muncie and three main points of his campaign, Truth, Honor and Community. Bracken says that he ready to find solutions to issues facing the city.
