Some big changes are coming at the Interstate 69 exit at Pendleton. Three different projects are planned for the area including roundabouts at the intersection of Indiana 38 and I69, a pedestrian bridge over the interstate, and a change in the traffic pattern and another roundabout at Ind. 38 and Heritage Way.
