Apartment Complex Offers Second Chance To Homeless

A new apartment complex is designed to give the homeless a second chance. Built on the site of the former athletic fields for Anderson High School, the 44-unit Fieldhouse Apartments had its first residents move in January 21st. Residents’ rent and utilities are paid through a grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
