Sheriff Getting $36K Raise Due To State Code

Due to a state code that hasn’t been followed, Delaware County Sheriff Tony Skinner is about to get a $36,000 raise. Skinner is the one who realized it was happening and brought it to the attention of the county council president. The money for Skinner’s pay hike is being shifted over from the sheriff’s department gasoline fund.
