Police have arrested an Indianapolis man after they say he drove under the influence on a Lime scooter. 21-year-old Cole Dillon failed to stop at a red light and was nearly hit by an IMPD officer on patrol. Dillon was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15% or greater.
