A New Castle man who was recently released from prison threatened to kill his family and burn down the Henry County Jail. New Castle police arrested 29-year-old Chad Lee Wright, after they found him yelling in the street with a blood alcohol content of point 197. His release from the Indiana Department of Corrections prohibits him from drinking.
