MutualFirst Financial Inc. (MFSF) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $5.3 million. On a per-share basis, the Muncie-based company said it had net income of 61 cents. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 62 cents per share. The holding company for MutualBank posted revenue of $26.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $21.8 million.
