A Muncie woman who says she was wrongly accused of shoplifting from ALDI in Muncie is now suing the chaine. The woman says she was in line buying a few items in the store in July 2017 when a worker approached her and asked if she planned to pay for other items in her purse. The woman showed she had no other items in her purse and says she has suffered embarrassment, a tarnished image, pain and suffering.
