Meteorologist Says Take This Weather Seriously

A Ball State meteorologist says we need to take this weather seriously. Jill Coleman says record low temperature of -29 degrees in Muncie occurred on Jan. 18, 1994. On that day, wind gusts were around 20 miles per hour, which created a wind chill temperature of around -60 degrees.
