The Madison County Council has approved the converting of four part-time employees to full-time positions in the Court Appointed Special Advocates program. More than 193-thousand dollars in funds from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute will cover the cost. Annette Craycraft, director of the Madison County office, says CASA is currently serving more than 550 children through the local court system.
